The original GMTK 2024 Game Jam version can be found here, play at your own risk of bugs! Known issues include:

  • Trying to interact with a card while your hand is being discarded results in being unable to play any more cards for the rest of the battle
  • Interacting with certain cards (Evasion, Fortress) can cause an instant crash, don't draft these to your deck!
  • Adjacency effects with value greater than 1 behave as if they were value 1 due to a bug. For example, Careful 2 only gives 1 shield for each adjacent blue shape instead of 2
  • Some shapes are unable to be placed in the top-left corner unless rotated
  • The cards are balanced quite badly. Most upgrade cards just aren't worth taking, even if they're interesting

Super cool, I had no idea you were working on this!
This is quite fun, it's got a pretty addictive loop. Always great to hear some new Hazel music too!

All I managed. The best run prior to that was when I had a one block(alchemy) persistent card draw coupled with a persistent transmute item.
